After the issue is identified, we will then provide you with a fixed quote for the labor and the parts and a time frame for the repair. In the rare occasions that we are unable to repair your computer or related hardware, or cannot resolve or diagnose we will not charge you. However, if a problem has been diagnosed and a solution offered, but you choose not to proceed then you will be charged for the time spent on site up to that point.
OUR WARRANTY
We offer a 3-month warranty on all repairs if the same fault reoccurs. This warranty covers issues that have not been caused by the user. If we have used parts then they will come with a separate warranty from the manufacturer or supplier. In addition, this warranty includes the labor for the initial repair.
