GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. All goods remain the property of CORE.LU until full payment has been received.
- Used products may show normal signs of prior use. Product specifications, condition, and included accessories are limited to what is stated on the invoice.
- New products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
- Used products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
- Repair services are covered by a 3-month warranty for the specific work carried out and replaced parts. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, electrical surge, physical damage, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repairs, software issues caused by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
- Any warranty claim requires return of the product for inspection and testing. Repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund will be provided where required by applicable law.
- Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting any device for repair. We shall not be liable for data loss resulting from existing faults, hardware failure, storage failure, malware, or necessary software installation.
- Data backup, data saving, operating system installation, software setup, and data recovery services can be provided upon request and are charged separately.
- By accepting goods or services, the customer confirms that the repaired device or purchased product has been received in satisfactory condition unless otherwise noted on the invoice.
- Luxembourg law applies to all transactions.
