In the rare event that we are unable to repair your device or fully diagnose the issue, you will not be charged for our time. However, if a problem has been successfully identified and a solution has been clearly explained, but you decide not to proceed with the repair, a fee may apply to cover the time and expertise invested. We strive to keep our services fair, transparent, and respectful to your budget.
OUR WARRANTY
We provide a 3-month warranty on all repairs, covering the same issue if it reoccurs. This warranty applies to faults that are not caused by misuse or external factors. Any replacement parts used during the repair are covered separately by the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. In addition, our warranty includes the labor associated with the original repair. Our goal is to give you confidence and peace of mind, knowing your device is properly handled.
